2. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the court of the municipality where Dreams Collection's headquarters are located shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

3. In accordance with applicable legislation on Local Accommodation, a physical and/or electronic Complaints Book is available in each property, and guests may request access to it at any time during their stay.
